updateView

Sets up the data for all statistic tiles and initializes the JFreeChart chart with historical data. It populates the chart. It also sets up a listener to update the chart in real-time.

Parameters:

metricsMap - a map containing lists of RealtimeMetricModel for each RealtimeMetricType
